Ordering Process

   In order to make a purchase online at lushjewelry.com, you must have a shipping address, credit card billing address in the U.S., and a valid paypal account. All purchases are done through paypal at this time. Setting up a paypal account is easy, convenient and secure way to purchase online. All jewelry is handmade and most orders will ship within 5 business days, however, at times the volume of some orders placed may exceed current materials on hand used to create your unique piece of jewelry. In this case, your order will be given the status of "backordered" and you will receive an email with the estimated ship date.

Guarantee and Returns

    We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each piece of jewelry is inspected before shipping, ensuring that it is free of all defects and or damage. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may send it back and we will gladly exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value than the item purchased. The original item must be returned within 7 business days of receiving it. Please make sure you insure the package, as we are not responsible for, nor can we offer credit for lost items.

Fraud Protection

   Lush Jewelry and lushjewelry.com reserve the right to deny or reject any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or call you at the phone number provided to varify your order and confirm your personal info. This is done for your protection and ours. If any order is cancelled based on suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, any payment received will be returned to the account used to pay for the purchase.
